Creative
Care Northridge considers
the individual’s unique personal journey when
creating a treatment plan. Creative Care utilizes a
Biological-Psychological-Social-Spirtual Model that
strives to get to the core of what makes each individual
tick. Our strong emphasis on individualized treatment
in an intimate setting fosters a unique environment
for growth and healing.
Our
primary modes of treatment are individual and group
therapy. You will be assigned an individual therapist
who you will meet with at least 2 times per week. You
will also benefit from all of our therapists in a small
group setting.
INDIVIDUAL
THERAPY
An integral part of your treatment
is one on one sessions with a therapist. Your therapist
will work individually with you to find out why you
are in crisis and what the causes of this crisis might
be. If you do not understand or treat root causes, the
problems often
re-emerge.
GROUP THERAPY
Group therapy sessions will provide
an interactive and safe environment in which to explore
and process issues and traumas.
FAMILY
THERAPY
Creative Care is committed to
involving your family in your treatment. Your family
will be educated about the treatment process and is
kept informed about your progress. We also understand
that there may be times when your family is not the
ideal support system for your progress. When this is
the case, the staff works with you and your family to
ensure that you get the support system you need in order
to benefit from the prescribed treatment.
PSYCHIATRY
Clients will meet with the psychiatrist
as needed in an effort to understand the individual’s
psychological and medication needs.
